RETURNS AND WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY

As a family/artist owned small business, we take great pride in our work and price it to be affordable.  Art appreciation is subjective and for this reason, we don't accept preferential returns or refunds.

ARTWORK WARRANTY

Each piece is quality checked prior to leaving our studio to ensure it meets our artist's standards. We warranty all our work against production defects and replace any defective items.

Even though your artwork will be securely packaged for shipment prior to leaving our studio, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If you received a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately via the contact form on this website or via the contact information in your package. We will respond to you quickly and work to rectify the situation. You may be asked to provide photos of any shipment damage.

CLOTHING WARRANTY

Our clothing is printed for each order by our clothing partner.  We warranty all our clothing against production defects and replace any defective items. Note that there may be a 'vinegar' smell to the clothing when you first open the package. This is due to the ink used in the printing process. The smell will go away after washing.

If your clothing arrived damaged or contains a defect, please contact us via the contact from on this website within 30 days after you received the product. We will respond to you quickly and work to rectify the situation. You may be asked to provide photos of any shipment damage or defect.
